We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, confident, problem solvers, good communicators and detail oriented. These individuals will begin a two to three year track that allows them to start with learning the basics in the Health and Wellness industry through hands-on client projects and daily interactions and over time be able to select a career track that most suits the individual's strengths whether that be in project management, sales, marketing, communications, engagement or website layout.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chats and emails regarding questions about the platform, competitions, incentive programs and connectivity of the Propel platform to smart phone apps and integrated devices such as FitBit, Garmin and Apple Watch
  • Assist Account Project Managers and Coordinators as a secondary point-of-contact for clients
  • Assist with the setup of client wellness programs, competitions and incentive programs
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client and their employees
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and assisting clients in obtaining the information they are looking for in regards to their health and wellness

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prefer majors in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Management or Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong in all Microsoft Office Products

Job Description

Propel is an industry-leading Corporate Well-being solution utilized by large corporate clients to power their internal well-being programs. Propel is used throughout the US and across more than 75 countries. The Propel platform encourages employees to become healthy individuals and to improve their quality of life both at work and at home through a variety of personal, team and group initiatives.

This position is focused on developing relationships with new and existing Propel corporate clients and assisting them in designing and implementing effective wellness programs for their employee population utilizing the many custom options available in the Propel platform.

In this role you will work closely with Propel's technical and creative teams to design and implement programming and provide ongoing technical and creative guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partner relationships with client's program administrators;
  • Provide strategic as well as technical program-design and program-management guidance;
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly calls with client teams to provide ongoing technical and creative guidance and support throughout the program year;
  • Work closely with Propels internal technical and creative teams to provide innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist client with interpreting reports and making program adjustments to build consistent employee engagement and help the client reach its program goals.

Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Previous Account Management experience in a software, health, wellness or related field preferred
  • Ability to provide the highest-level professional consultative support
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must
