This position is focused on developing relationships with new and existing large Propel corporate clients and assisting them in designing and implementing effective wellness programs for their employee population utilizing the many custom options available in the Propel platform.

In this role you will work closely with Propel's senior leadership team on well-being program design and engagement strategies as well as supervise a team of Account Executives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with account team members and the clients they manage
  • Provide strategic as well as technical program-design and program-management guidance
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly Accounts staff meetings
  • Work closely with Propels internal technical and creative teams to provide innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist Accounts Team with interpreting reports and making program adjustments to build consistent employee engagement 

Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in a software, health, wellness or related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory roles are a plus
  • Ability to provide the highest-level professional consultative support
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must

Client Service Manager Application

The Senior Client Coordinator (SCC) is part of the foundation of everything we build with Propel in helping our clients to motivate healthy habits within their organizations. This position is vital to Propel’s mission to provide superior customer support to Propel clients.

Skills

  • Completed an Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Completed 1-2 years in a well-being or health-related field
  • Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides daily supervision and oversite to the Client Coordinator team
  • Provides training and guidance to Client Coordinator team regarding all CMS and Propel functionality
  • Provides additional assistance as needed in responding to daily calls, chats, and emails requesting assistance with the Propel platform
  • Will be assigned as a secondary contact on all major accounts
  • Conduct research using data and reports to answer support questions, support client programs, and assist in planning client initiatives
  • Is an expert in the use of Propel's CMS
  • Provides training to client administrators as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to daily calls, chats, and emails requesting assistance with their Propel platform
  • Conduct research utilizing data and reports to answer support questions, support client programs, and assist in planning client initiatives
  • Become experts in the use of the Propel CMS
  • Setup custom competitions
  • Setup client event calendars
  • Provides training to client administrators
