We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, confident, problem solvers, good communicators and detail oriented. These individuals will begin a two to three year track that allows them to start with learning the basics in the Health and Wellness industry through hands-on client projects and daily interactions and over time be able to select a career track that most suits the individual's strengths whether that be in project management, sales, marketing, communications, engagement, or website layout.

Propel is an industry-leading Corporate Wellbeing solution utilized by large corporate clients to power their internal wellbeing programs. Propel is used throughout the US and across more than 75 countries. The Propel platform encourages employees to become healthy individuals and to improve their quality of life both at work and at home through a variety of personal, team and group initiatives.
This position is focused on developing relationships with new and existing Propel corporate clients and assisting them in designing and implementing effective wellness programs for their employee population utilizing the many custom options available in the Propel platform.
In this role you will work closely with Propel's technical and creative teams to design and implement programming and provide ongoing technical and creative guidance.
