The Communications Coordinator is vital to help create and deliver superior content and marketing materials for the Propel Platform and Propel clients. To be qualified for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or English preferably. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must.

The successful Propel Communications Coordinator pays careful attention to detail, counts preparation and organization as core strengths, is highly self-motivated, proactive and committed to understanding industry best-practices. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research for content development
  • Create and deliver superior content for client sites
  • Provide communication support for clients' marketing materials
  • Assists Communication Manager in creating communication strategies for clients
  • Routinely reviews client sites to ensure all content displays accurately and professionally
  • Assists in keeping content compendium organized and up-to-date
  • Work with the design and content team to develop new features and content

The mission of a Propel Graphic Designer is to create compelling visual identities and communication resources to meet a wide array of online and offline visual medium needs. Graphic Designers are integral members of Propel’s internal Graphic Arts Studio dedicated to supporting our clients’ design and communication needs.

To be qualified for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in graphic/digital design, communications, and/or marketing preferably. 

Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing collateral including flyers, posters, digital signage, rotators, and more.
  • Produce effective, creative callouts and rotators for maximum engagement
  • Assist in designing new competition leaderboards and badges
  • Work with the engagement team in creating most efficient portal layout designs 
  • Maintain organization and maintenance of design files and photo assets
  • Assist marketing team in creating new marketing/engagement strategies
