The Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in helping clients achieve the best engagement for their well-being program. To be qualified for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or behavioral economics preferably. 

The successful Propel Engagement Specialist pays careful attention to detail, counts preparation and organization as core strengths, is highly self-motivated, proactive and committed to understanding industry best-practices. As an Engagement Specialist, you have the opportunity to help develop the most efficient well-being program engagement strategies for organizations around the world.   • Conduct industry research for best engagement practices
  • Routinely measure engagement for Propel clients
  • Provide engagement analytics and support in creating engagement strategies for clients
  • Assist sales and marketing team with marketing strategies
  • Work with the design and content team to develop new features and content
